Hey, I’m Aaron. I’m not a photographer in any serious sense. I just like noticing things and taking pictures of them. Ordinary Frames is where those end up. If something here makes you stop and look for a second, that’s more than enough for me. Enjoy!

The site is built with Jekyll 4.4, a static site generator. Posts are written in Markdown with YAML front matter. Photos are stored and served from Cloudflare R2.

Type is set in Literata, a literary optical-size variable serif designed by TypeTogether. It’s used throughout at various weights and sizes.

The camera is a Ricoh GR III Street Edition. Small, fast, and almost always in my pocket.
